The National Civic League (NCL) presents the All-America City Award
competition, the nation’s most prestigious and oldest civic recognition program.
La Porte was selected as one of twenty-one finalist communities.
The All-America City Awards recognize exemplary community vision, collaborative
problem solving and inclusiveness to meet local challenges. The
finalists will participate in the All-America City competition in Anaheim,
California, June 6–8, 2007.
